Anxiety Therapy for Women

in Nashville, Tennessee

If your mind feels like it’s always on, replaying conversations, overthinking every decision, or trying to manage everyone’s expectations, you’re not alone.

Anxiety often shows up as perfectionism, people-pleasing, second-guessing yourself, or feeling on edge for no clear reason.

You might find yourself asking…

  • “How do I stop overthinking everything?”

  • “Why do I care so much about what other people think?”

  • “Why do I always feel on edge?”

  • “Why can’t I just relax and enjoy things like everyone else?”

I help you understand the deeper patterns driving your worry – often rooted in old survival strategies – while learning how to calm your body and quiet the mental noise.

Over time, you’ll build trust in yourself and find more peace in your everyday life.

We name the patterns you’ve outgrown, untangle the stories you’ve inherited, and help your body learn what safety feels like again. You’ll leave with practical tools for grounding, clearer boundaries, and a deeper sense of self-trust.

  • Together, we name what you want to shift: calmer thoughts, clearer boundaries, a steadier nervous system, or more self-trust. Your goals guide the work, not pressure or expectations.

  • Most clients begin weekly to build momentum and safety, then naturally shift to biweekly or monthly as things soften. Frequency may increase or decrease depending on your needs.
