Hi, I’m Anna — a Nashville native and Licensed Professional Counselor who helps women in their 20s and 30s find peace in the “in between” seasons of life.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications at Ole Miss before returning home to Nashville to complete my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Belmont University. I trained in a dual diagnosis treatment center and spent several years at a local group practice supporting girls and women before opening my own private practice.
