Yes, I am now in-network with Aetna. Click here to check your benefits and book with Aetna.
I provide a Superbill (an itemized receipt) upon request that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients are able to get partial reimbursement this way.
I also accept HSA and FSA cards as payment.

A standard 50-minute session is $160.
I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients with financial need. If cost feels like a barrier, please reach out so we can talk through options or discuss community resources that might fit your needs.

I completed over 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience
I passed the national (NCE), clinical (NCMHCE), and state (TN Jurisprudence) licensure exams.

Every client’s needs are different, and there’s no one-size-fits all timeline for therapy. Some clients benefit from a few focused sessions, while others continue for several months or longer to work through deeper patterns, life transitions, or ongoing stress.
Most clients start with weekly sessions, then shift to biweekly or monthly as progress is made. Frequency may increase or decrease depending on your needs.

No, I do not prescribe medication. However, if you’re interested in exploring that option, I can provide referrals to trusted psychiatrists and primary care providers who can support you in that process.
