Therapy for Self-Understanding

helping women reconnect with their authentic selves

For the women who are ready to know themselves more deeply.

This is a space to get curious about who you are beneath expectations and “shoulds”

The arrangement sits on a wooden sideboard with a curved front and vertical slats, against a white wall in a modern, minimalist interior.

You’ve spent years being who you thought you should be — the responsible one, the strong one, the helper, the achiever. But lately something feels misaligned. You’re craving clarity. You’re wanting to understand your patterns, your emotions, your needs, and who you’re becoming.

This work supports women who feel:

  • Lost in others’ expectations

  • Unsure of their purpose or direction

  • Conflicted between who they were and who they want to be

  • Out of touch with their needs, desires, or boundaries

  • Ready for deeper healing and self-understanding

Together we’ll uncover your patterns, hidden parts of yourself, and purpose so you can live with more alignment and authenticity.
