For the heaviness you don’t know how to put into words.

Depression doesn’t always look like being unable to get out of bed.

Sometimes it’s showing up for everyone else while quietly running on empty.

It’s the numbness, the overwhelm, the lack of motivation. The moments when you think, “Why do I feel this way when my life looks fine on paper?”

  • Exploring how depression shows up internally, physically, and relationally. We will take a look at patterns in both the present and past. This first session is also a deeper dive into your intake questionnaire.

  • We set goals together that feel realistic, personal, and aligned with what you want from therapy. These intentions guide our work and evolve as you do.

  • Most clients begin weekly to build momentum and safety, then naturally shift to biweekly or monthly as things soften. Frequency may increase or decrease depending on your needs.
